Known as the GOAT, the “Greatest of all Time” for his career in motocross racing that included 150 combined Motocross and Supercross wins and 16 AMA championships. Carmichael gracefully left motocross in 2007 after winning every outdoor overall he entered as a part-time rider. Following his leave of the sport, Carmichael decided to test out the stock car scene.
Sykes is a global rallycross driver, an X Games athlete and the current national USTCC GT 2013 champion. Sykes, who resides in Los Angeles, also hangs his hat on his national win at the BMW CCA Racing championship his rookie year. He collected new track records and a handful of wins. He now is a three-time regional and national champion.
Matt, a Kamloops, BC native has used bikes as a vehicle to "freedom" since childhood. Hunter discovered his love for cross country racing when he was 12 and pivoted at 15 to focus on downhill riding with his core group of friends. What started as a hobby, making videos, soon became an award-winning accomplishment with Hunter entered a short video he created and won the "Ultimate Freeride Challenge.”
At just 20 years old the Mount Albert native hoans the title of the world's number-one mountain bike trickster after his X-Games appearance in Munich, Germany in 2013. Rheeder has been around bikes since he was a little kid, while working in the Newmarket local bike shop.
A New Zealand native, Casey Brown has been recently crowned Canadian DH champion and Queen of Crankworx, has her feet firmly planted, barefoot or not, in the World Cup scene, where she placed 4th for her first WC podium in Norway. These results have given her a heap of momentum to end the season and motivate her into winter training, where she will focus her efforts on preparing for the full World Cup Circuit next year.
Thomas Vanderham aka "The Kid" has been a mainstay in the sport of freeride mountain biking. By the age of 15, Vanderham was making his first film appearances as a self-proclaimed big mountain rider. He has placed in the top ten at every Red Bull Rampage ever held and stood on the podium in 2008. Today Thomas remains prolific in the industry’s biggest and best media outlets.
McCaul resides in Aptos, Ca. and first got on a bike at age 13. His career honors include being named the Crankworx Colorado champion in 2007 and 2011, crowned the 26Trix champion in 2006 and 2010, The Bearclaw Invitational top seed in 2006 and 2007, champion at the Claymore Challenge and “Best Trick” at Rampage in 2012.
The 24-year-old, 6-2 “Big Mountain” skier has been in the sport since he could walk. As he continued to grow both physically and mentally, Ian started to shape his life around the “eternal winter” lifestyle. He has only been in the competition circuit for two years and already has top crowns to his name.
Dash and his twin brother, Hunter, now an accomplished artist, grew up in Tahoe with their parents. The stylish and well-rounded athlete covers the map in Europe and South America while skiing and filming. His staple is versatility with spinning both ways, forward or switch and being able to pair that with an assortment of grabs. Dash has competed in two Red Bull Cold Rush contests where he finished third at Rettalack and fourth overall in Silverton.
Growing up in Alta, Sage picked up skiing fundamentals from the race team and style cutting loose in the powder. His passion transitioned into a natural talent. In 2004 he won Best Male Performance from powder magazine’s video awards. Sage has become a world traveler filming segments with production companies like Teton Gravity Research and Volume. Sage puts his signature on backcountry gap jumps, skiing big mountain lines and combining tricks with cliff drops.
Jeremy Jones is widely regarded as one of the most accomplished big mountain riders and explorers of all time. Named a 2013 National Geographic “Adventurer of the Year” and ten times voted “Best Big Mountain Rider of the Year” by Snowboarder Magazine, Jeremy has starred in 2012’s highly acclaimed Further, the second installment in the Jeremy Jones snowboard movie trilogy: Deeper, Further, Higher. He is the founder and CEO of award-winning Jones Snowboards, dedicated to the development of the highest quality backcountry boards and accessories.
With nothing else to do in his hometown of Alyeska, AK, Tim Durtschi quickly picked up skiing. And good thing he did. As a result he quickly became one of the most recognized names in the freeskiing world. Whether he’s hucking off spines, slayin booters, or crushing urban, Durtschi excels at all aspects of the sport. Durtschi won the Best Natural Air in 2014 Powder Awards.
Living out of a 1979 blue Ford van with her family traveling around the mountains of the west, Angel Collinson quickly became knee deep in skiing. After 18 her love for big mountain skiing got the best of her. The student-athlete attends the University of Utah while competing on the Freeskiing World Tour.
Forest Bailey, a rail rider from Vermont, snowboards and skateboards free flowing, effortless and with a smile on his face. When not on a Strange Trip winning competitions or being a Space Case filming ender video parts he’s probably drawing, playing guitar or looking at the stars with his friends and family.
Born and raised in Jamaica Queens, Nigel Sylvester formulated his riding style in the streets of New York City. Growing up in New York, Nigel did not have access to skate parks, big park courses, or the means to enter contests however, however none of this has stopped him from becoming a rising star in the world of sports and widely recognized as one of the premiere athletes in BMX. Nigel is considered a technical type of BMX rider with the ability to pull off multiple combinations that have been featured in sponsored videos all over the world. In his free time, you can find Nigel listening to his favorite artists Pharrell, Jay-Z, and Kanye West or filming his own web series "Get Sylvester" where he gives fans an inside look into his life as a non-traditional BMX rider.
Widely recognized as one of the most influential snowboards of his time, Danny Davis is known for injecting style, creativity and fun into snowboarding. From his hometown of Highland, Michigan to the world stage, he has been highlighted by incredible competitive success combined with his natural approach to keeping things cool. Whether he's strumming his guitar, banging on a bongo, or riding his snowboard, Davis displays his ability to find rhythm and keep things fun, by focusing on friends and new experiences. He gained global recognition by injecting massive amplitude and style into pipe competition, while adapting his abilities to all types of terrain. Danny's contributions, both as a rider and as a powerful personality within the sport, are making unquestionably positive impact on snowboarding.
Now the most recognized action sports figure in the world, Tony Hawk was nine years old when his brother changed his life by giving him a blue fiberglass Bahne skateboard. By fourteen he’d turned pro, and by sixteen he was widely considered the best skateboarder on earth. In 1999, he became the first skater to ever complete a 900, and shortly thereafter, teamed up with Activision to launch Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater, now a billion dollar video game franchise. He has created a Tony Hawk brand that includes Birdhouse Skateboards, Hawk Clothing, and the Tony Hawk Signature Series sporting goods and toys, authored a New York Times bestseller, and his 900 Films production company launched the RIDE Channel on YouTube. His Tony Hawk Foundation has given away over $4 million to more than 500 skatepark projects throughout the United States.
A snow lover since birth, Torah was skiing at age 2 and by 11 she had broken into the snowboarding scene. Torah has gone on to dominate competitions around the world, including the TTR World Tour, Global Open Series, FIS World Cups, Winter X Games, and of course, podium finishes at two Winter Olympics, taking home the gold in 2010 and silver medal in 2014. She splits her time between her home in Salt Lake City, her training ground of New Zealand, and her homelands of Australia.
